T54E1 tracks were used mainly on U.S. WWII vehicles with VVSS suspension, especially the M4 Sherman. They were all-steel flat track (no rubber pads). They were very durable and had good performance in mud and rough terrain. The trade-off was that they were extremely noisy and rough on paved roads. Used mid- to late-WWII, especially in Europe.
