All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch.

Orders may be cancelled by the customer up until the point of dispatch.

3. Prices & Currency

Prices are displayed in the local currency of the destination country where available.

Payments are processed in the currency selected at checkout.

If your bank or payment provider uses a different currency, additional conversion fees may apply. We are not responsible for any such charges.

Prices in different currencies may vary and are set independently. We do not guarantee real-time exchange rate parity between currencies.

For international orders:

  • customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

6. Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Returns & Refunds

Items must be returned in their original condition.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
